Services Terms & Conditions

FACILITY RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS - 

• 100% of the rental fee is due at the time of reservation. Space is not guaranteed until payment has been received.
• Cancellations\Rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before reservation.
• Renters must be 18 years or older and be on-site during the entire rental event. 
• A waiver must be signed by everyone who plans to participate in any activities related to the rental.
• Renters are responsible for the conduct and behavior of their group and for enforcing the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Core Cricket Rules & Regulations.
• No alcoholic beverages including beer, wine and liquor are permitted.
• Core Cricket is not responsible for losses or damages to persons or property as the result of Renter’s use of Core Cricket facilities.
• Do not use staples, tacks, push pins, nails, etc. in the walls, ceilings, or posts. Tape must be approved by Core Cricket staff. If tape is permitted, it must be removed by renter. 
• Do not hang anything from light fixtures, AC units, or ceiling truss. Violation of this will result in additional fees.
• The use of piñatas and confetti are prohibited, and their use will be subject to additional fees.
• Animals other than registered service animals are not allowed in Core Cricket.
• The facility and rented equipment will be inspected after each event.
• Failure to comply with any Rental Agreement terms may result in additional fees.

Renter hereby acknowledges and agrees that participation at CORE CRICKET Academy LLC has inherent risks. In consideration for being allowed to participate in activities relating to the CORE CRICKET LLC, Renter hereby expressly reassumes all risks and hazards, both known and unknown, incidental to participation and assumes full responsibility for all risks of bodily harm and property damage resulting from or in connection with participation of activities at CORE CRICKET LLC, including without limitation. Renter hereby voluntarily releases, waives, forever discharges, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless CORE CRICKET LLC, and each of their respective, directors, agents, employees, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, and agents (collectively the “Releasees”) and from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, injuries and losses, including attorney’s fees and courts costs, resulting from, arising out of or connected in any way with Renter’s participation of activities at CORE CRICKET LLC.

Changes to Terms     

Core Cricket reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms under which www.corecricket.com is offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions. Core Cricket encourages you to periodically review the Terms to stay informed of our updates.
